To set an intention with Palo Santo is to harness its cleansing and uplifting energy in alignment with your personal journey. Begin by finding a serene space where you can focus. Light a stick of Palo Santo to cleanse the area and invite positive energy, allowing the soothing aroma to fill the room.

Once you feel connected, extinguish the Palo Santo and place it in a special spot that resonates with your intention. Consider writing your intention down on a slip of paper and keeping it nearby or beneath the Palo Santo to reinforce your focus. Crystal Grids

Place crystals in a circle, diamond, or star pattern. You can be as creative as you want here. If you have enough crystals, keep creating outer layers so that your first shape is encircled by a second, larger shape and so on.
